As the St. Louis Post-Dispatch affirmed, there are 3 persons who plead their guilty on the BetOnSports case. They are a brother, a sister and the assistant of Gary Kaplan, the person who funded the BetOnSports company by retaining millions of dollars from the gambling benefits.
Theey are Neil Scott Kaplan, a 43 years old guy, Penelope Ann Tucker, a 64 years old woman and Lori Beth Kaplan-Multz, a 48 years old woman. They were leaving Gary Kaplan facing trial. But the other 2 defendants haveb’t been arrested yet and we hope they will soon.
Each of them has tried to turn over money held in the accounts of the Swiss Bank even if the prosecutors said that it’s illegaly to put their online gambling revenues there.
As a results, Gary Kaplan and Kaplan-Multz pleaded guilty to an additional charge even if Gary has been fighting these charges.
A feredal jury has accused in 2006 Gary Kaplan because he helped the others with the illegal online gambling, bringing them profits of more than one million dollars.
