In Costa Rica will take place in November changes in a short time on the jurisdiction to grant licenses in gambling online.In Central America many holders of casinos bring litigation on the halls of gambling, which is not well regarded players.
Local media reported that government plans include the introduction of legislation which will see all casinos licensed in the country.
Finance Minister, Guillermo Zuniga, has proposed hiking the tax by 2 per cent of revenues from games .This money would help operators to weather stormy economic, and confirmed that it will be more controls to operators arising from new legislation. 
Zuniga said reporters that new ways of gambling should have more responsibility to the issuing of licenses by the police and the operation of the licensees. Minister added that the decision to form a regulatory body which is why in Costa Rica led to a tendency to regulate and license the gambling.
Gambling online have never been officially regulated in Costa Rica. In 2003 a law was adopted by the operators of online gambling were forced to register with the Ministry of Finance.
Most attempts to control online gambling by the government have got to be a great success.
