Two-time World Series Of Poker champion Johnny Chan has confirmed that he will return to next month’s Asian Poker Tour Macau Festival.
The Asian Poker Tour Macau Festival Macau Festival will take place from August 12 to 23 at the Galaxy StarWorld Hotel And Casino with a buy-in set at $4,300. It will also feature the largest range of side events ever seen in Asia.
Johnny Chan revealed that he would be on hand to play in this year’s main event as well as taking part in the filming of Poker King. Chan was born in China and is one of the biggest names in poker after winning back-to-back World Series Of Poker championships in 1987 and 1988.
Leading online and land-based gaming company AsianLogic Limited revealed that Chan will be joined at the Asian Poker Tour Macau Festival by its own sponsored team of players, The Poker Pack.
