American Roulette

The American Roulette wheel has 38 slots in it. First, there are the numbers one through thirty-six. Finally, there are the 0 and 00 slots. American Roulette has a 5.26% house advantage over the player.

European Roulette

The European Roulette wheel has 37 slots in it. Like the American wheel, there are the numbers one through thirty-six. The European wheel also has a single 0 slot. The lack of the 00 slot makes the European version better to play. The house advantage drops down to 2.70%. There have been many systems devised for Roulette. The origins of these systems were really devised for the European version of the game.

Betting Types

Following are some common types of betting in Roulette. If you are playing in a live game and have any trouble, just ask the dealer. He or she will be happy to assist you.

Column Bet: The column bet is on the outside of the Roulette layout. It pays 2-1.

Dozens: Players can bet on the first, second or third set of 12 numbers. It pays 2-1.

Low or High: This bet pays even money. Players can bet on the winning number being 1-18 or 19-36.

Odd or Even: Another even money bet. Players bet on the winning number being odd or even.

Basically, bingo bonuses are free money or credits players receive from the website. Players can receive these bonuses in cash or in bonus money.

A popular type of online bingo bonuses is the sign-up bonus. A sign-up bonus is when a player receives something in return for signing up at a specific website. Some sites offer free sign-up money. Others offer bonus money or credits to new players. Some sites even offer free bingo cards or play time instead of money.

Other common online bingo bonuses are deposit bonuses. Many websites offer bonuses on players’ deposits. These bonuses vary and can be anything from 50% to 200%. Deposit bonuses are not only to encourage players to deposit, but to give them something extra for their loyalty. By choosing the correct bingo website to play and deposit at, players can up to triple their money. If players deposit, for example, $100, at a site with a 200% deposit bonus, they will receive $200 extra! Some sites pay deposit bonuses in real money, others in bonus money.

A fun way of earning bingo bonuses is participating in online chat games. Many websites offer chat games where players can earn bonus money to play with. These games are usually lots of fun and anyone can play. Online chat games are probably the most liked form of online bingo bonuses.

When signing up at a bingo website, players should read the terms and conditions of that site to know the website’s policy regarding online bingo bonuses. At most websites players can use their bonuses to buy cards and to play the various side games. Players can even win real money with their bonuses! But most websites do not allow players to cash out or withdraw their bonus money, but players can withdraw their winnings they made from bonus money.

I’m only going to see other players and myself as caricatures on my screen. Facial expressions, hand gestures, body motions will all be absent, as well as eye squinting, blinking or twitching – those ‘giveaways’ on TV and why many use sunglasses. Add to this the screen names: how do I know that Tiny Tina isn’t some card shark from Vegas alluding to be female and harmless?

I’m going to have to compensate for this not-so-small handicap. Basically anybody’s poker actions are six — whether you play online or off… betting, folding, calling, raising, re-raising, or check-raising. So that’s a given. My observations are going to fall in the realm of a good site selection, a game selection (there are many tables), careful note-taking and money management.

And while all players are indeed in caricature-form, they still have behavior that can be noted. I can put their screen names under one of two lists: “tight players” or “loose players”. It will help to observe a few hands and label them before I decide to sit in. Too many tight players and I might look at another table.

Tight players are strong opponents. Even as a novice they will fold a poor deal and play a good one. When they raise, more often than not they have the cards to back it up with. I think it would benefit me to keep them to my right – that way, I get to act after they do. Loose players are often called ‘maniacs’ because they love to bet and raise with very little in hand to back it up.

As I see it, they are best if kept to my left in playing online poker. Advantages are: I get to see how the other players react to his/her betting before it’s my turn. And, at times if I check to the maniac who bets of course, this allows everyone else to call before I raise the bet and collect the additional monies. Get it?

Of course a table can also be tight or loose. Ideally I believe a loose table is better and the first sign of this would be how many players see the flop; the more the better – if many are playing to the flop, the pots are healthier. I read where 30% of the table playing all the way to the flop is a good measure. Anything less is not worthwhile sitting in.

So, it’s time now to choose a fictitious name and sign up for the best poker school where I can (as they say) become a professional in a matter of months rather than years by playing the game with “fun” money until I declare I am ready for a real investment.

Betfair, known to be as a force in the world of sports betting, has alerted tennis corruption investigators about some unusual betting patterns in the match between a USA tennis player, Wayne Odesnik and Jurgen Melzer from Austria. Betfair received approximatelly 980,000 dollars in the match’s bets.

Mark Davies footballer said in an interview that it is being reported as a potential corruption, but he doesn’t see that way at all. He also added that he doesn’t think that there was done something wrong.

He explained all the matter saying that during the match’ running, someone said that Odesnik had a thigh injury, effectively shortening Melzer’s odds. With all these, Melzer has won the match.

ESPN affirmed that I don’t have any injury. I called a trainer after the 1st set when I felt something in my hamstring. He put hot cream on it during the chageover. I have never called an inury timeout. It went away. But the trainer and all of people waited a game and asked me and I said everything was fine.

However, it has not affected the match’s outcome.”, continuing to say that it has no injury.

Harris, Mannix, Williams and Cavanagh are members of Accrington Stanley’s squad, and Mangan is a member of Bury’s squad. Harris and Cavanagh played in the match.

The game of Blackjack may be both fun and amazing experience for those who really want to master the technique of the game and get a clear understanding of How to play casino blackjack to become a skilled player.

Object of Blackjack

The main object in Blackjack is to get a hand with the highest total without exceeding 21. In the game of Blackjack you are only trying to beat the dealer’s

hand, the other player’s hands are of no importance to you.

Card Values

All numbered cards (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10) are valued as indicated. All the face cards Jack, Queen and King are considered to have a value of 10 points. The Ace card is the trickiest one, as it can have different values according to the situation, e.g. it can count as 1 or 11, regarding what value will help your hand not to exceed 21.

How to Win

There are two possible situations in How to play casino blackjack rules that describe how you may win in a game of Blackjack. Situation #1 the player has a hand total higher than the dealer’s without going over 21. Situation #2 the dealer busts (exceeds 21), thus every player with the hand under 21 wins.

The Blackjack Table

All Blackjack tables can seat up to six players. There’s a sign above each Blackjack table that indicates the information about the highest and lowest bets possible (betting limits).

Dealing the cards

After all the players have exchanged their money for the chips and put their bets on the betting circle, the dealer starts dealing the cards. Each player is dealt 2 cards that are usually face up. Dealer receives two cards, one face up and another face down the hole card.

Do you have a Blackjack?

A Blackjack is a two card hand that totals 21 and consists of a 10-valued card and an Ace. This card combination is an automatic winner, unless the dealer has a Blackjack too, in such case your bet is returned. Usually, the Blackjack pays 3-to-2. If the dealer’s up card is an Ace, he checks the hole card for a Blackjack.

How to play casino blackjack. Player’s Options

After the cards have been dealt and the players with Blackjack hands received their payouts, the game continues. Each player has several options on how to play his hand to get closer to 21.

Ahe player can:

HIT – which means he can ask for an extra card.

STAND – player asks for no more cards and the hand he has will be competing with the dealer’s hand.

DOUBLE DOWN – player doubles his bet, takes only one extra card and stands.

Roulette is a game of chance that uses a wheel and a betting grid. A ball is sent into a numbered wheel in the opposite direction to which the roulette wheel is spinning.

The Roulette Wheel

The roulette wheel has little pockets around its perimeter. The pockets are numbered from 0 to 36. (In American roulette, there is an additional 00 pocket.) Each pocket is red or black, except for the 0 and 00 pockets, which are green.

The Roulette Bets

There are many types of roulette bets. Before getting into specifics, the general rule to keep in mind is that the more numbers you bet on, the higher your probability of winning, but the lower the payout. Conversely, if you bet on fewer numbers, you have a lower probability of winning, but a higher payout if you do.For example, if you bet on a single number, you can win a jackpot of $350 on a $10 bet if you win, but you are not likely to win very often. If you bet on all the red numbers, you have a good chance to win pretty regularly, but you’ll get only a $10 payout on your $10 bet.

Placing Your Bets

The roulette table features a betting grid, in which all the roulette numbers are laid out in three vertical columns and twelve horizontal rows. You place your bet by placing your chips on the appropriate area of the roulette table.Following is a list of the different types of roulette bets, with instructions on how to place the bet and the payout if you win the bet:

Inside bets

Straight Up Bet – A straight-up bet pays out the highest odds. It is a bet on a single number only. To signify the bet, the chip is placed in the centre of the square of that number. A straight-up bet pays out 35:1.

Split Bet – A bet on two numbers that are adjacent to each other on the betting grid, either horizontally or vertically. The chip is placed on the line between the two numbers. The payout is 17:1.

Street Bet – A bet on three numbers in a horizontal row. The payout is 11:1.

Corner Bet (also known as Square Bet) – A bet on a block of four numbers on the grid. The chip is placed at the middle corner where the four squares meet. The payout is 8:1.

Five Number Bet – This bet is available in American Roulette only. It is a bet on five numbers that are made up of 00, 0, 1, 2 and 3. To signify this bet, the chip is placed on the line between the 0 and 1. This bet pays out 6:1.

Line Bet – A bet on six numbers that are in two adjacent rows of three. The chip is placed on the line above the “Dozen bet” and it rests between the two rows that you are betting on. The payout is 5:1.

Outside Bets

Column Bet – This is a bet placed on one of the three vertical columns of 12 numbers. It pays out odds of 2:1.

Dozen Bet – This is a bet on the first dozen (numbers 1-12), second dozen (13-24), or third dozen (25-36). It pays out 2:1

Even-Money Bet – This is a general term for the even/odd bets, the high/low bets, and the color bets.

Even/Odd Bets – These are bets on either all the even numbers or all the odd numbers. They pay out 1:1.

High/Low Bets – These are bets on all the low numbers 1-18, or on all the high numbers 19-36. They pay out 1:1.

Color Bets – These are bets on all the red numbers or on all the black numbers. They pay out 1:1.
