After it was said, Harry Kakavas left immediatly the  Victorian Supreme Court. He swore that the evidence was  a stupid idea. It was when a casino witness, Bill Horman  made this claim.

Kakavas is suing Crown for around  35 million dollars in  damages, losses, saying that the casino knows his  gambling addiction and tempted him to come back. He was  a perfect gambler for all the Las Vegas casinos.

Mr Horman says that Mr Kakavas knew a lot of  informations about him, several things, from which one  could be ‘a plot to counterfeit the chips made’ .
