The State Senat Of Louisiana Voted To Ban Smoking

Senator Rob Marionneaux of Louisiana has proposed a bill that has an objective to protect people  against the danger of death caused by tobacco cigarettes.

The state senat  has approved the proposal to prohibit smoking in bars and casinos.Proposal  was voted by 22 between people and 10 people have voted against.

Rob Marionneaux think that is the benefit of the people is to ban smoking even if people were not offered the opportunity to choose whether they want to spend their time in places where smoking is still banned.

R . Marionneaux said it was needed because the law in 2007 came into force the law which banned smoking in restaurants and this has a disadvantage holders restaurants. With the smoking ban in clubs and casinos are an equal among owners who can not be complaining about the laws imposed on restaurants.
Governor Bobby Jindal does not agree with the bill approved by Senate and declared that he will not vote for the project.
